Internal opportunities

For many roles here at Telstra Purple, we need certain expertise and experience that's best found in our existing teams. As such, we have created an internal recruitment page & job board where we will advertise these positions.

The process:

  1. Register your interest by selecting your desired role, hit the 'Apply for this job' button, and follow the prompts to create a profile on our new talent technology, LiveHire.
    Or if you want to understand a little bit more about the role before you formally apply, reach out direct to the Talent Acquisition Manager who is recruiting for the role.
  2. A Talent Acquisition Manager will be in touch to have a confidential conversation in regards to your application. To ensure everyone is on the same page, the Talent Acquisition Manager will set expectations for the recruitment process, like how many interviews will be involved. If you're interested in progressing with your application, we will ask you to have a conversation with your existing line manager to inform them that you are applying for another role within Telstra Purple.
  3. If you are not chosen for the available position, we will be sure to give you detailed, actionable feedback to explain why. We hope that this will help you focus your PD on this area, to help you reach your goal in the future. Your application will remain confidential to anyone outside of the recruitment process.
